Our Team

Ntokozo-Ndlovu-Toni-ElephantNtokozo Ndlovu

Ntokozo holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism & Media Studies from Rhodes University, Grahamstown, South Africa.

She founded Toni Elephant Media in 2008, when she identified a gap in the market for strong writing skills and copywriting support to agencies and companies.

She has over 10 years of experience in copywriting and strategic communications, which she gained while working with a number of clients including Telkom, FNB eWallet Solutions & Cellphone Banking Services, Independent Newspaper Limited (INL), BHP Billiton, EON Consulting Engineers, Discovery, WWF, The Business Place and Axius Publishing among others.

Ntokozo is a contributing writer for BBQ and Leadership Magazines.

She previously worked as:

  • a researcher for an HR Consulting Company prior to launching Toni Elephant Media researching the management of diversity in South African schools and in the workplace
  • a journalist for Independent Newspapers (INL) Worked for Urban Brew Studios producing and writing scripts for a number of educational youth programmes
  • a publicist for a reputation management company for three years.

Eulalia-Snyman-Toni-ElephantEulália Snyman

Eulália has extensive experience in business writing, strategic/corporate communications, journalism, editing, copywriting, subbing, conceptualising, speech writing, column writing, content writing and distribution, media liaison, sales & marketing, general business management, client management, being entrepreneurial, and mentoring.

Eulália graduated in humanities from the University of Pretoria (BA in political science, international relations, economics, English) and completed a Public Relations diploma via Intec College. She has completed various short courses throughout the years, like the UCT/Getsmarter diploma in Applied Economics for Smart Decision Making and Twitter for Beginners. She also ‘co-wrote’ matric with her children somewhere along the line.

Sheenagh Levy

Sheenagh holds degrees in languages, technical translation, professional communications, marketing and economics from the universities of Cape Town and South Africa.

She is the resident Editor at Toni Elephant Media. She founded the Age of Innovation Awards, facilitating the recognition and growth of innovation in South Africa and director of the Knowledge Management Society of SA.

She is also the co-founder of The Institute for Life Skills Training and Development, as well as IQ Call Centre and IQ Knowledge Management publications, both firsts in their space in Africa.

She is a member of the advisory board of the LINK Centre, Faculty of Humanities, in the School of Literature, Language and Media (SLLM) at the University of the Witwatersrand.

She was the publisher of the Journal for Convergence (1999-2009), focusing on doing business in emerging economies, as well as other quality white-label journals on behalf of clients.

Sheenagh has developed various workshops focusing on comprehensive business writing skills across all mediums and communication and contact skills for sales and client meetings, as well as journalist interviews – the art of the successful interviewer from inception through to conclusion.
