Ntokozo is the founder of Toni Elephant Media, a former journalist and a seasoned communications strategist with deep expertise in integrated communications strategy, crisis communications and reputation management. With experience spanning corporate, development, and public sectors, she brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to communications, brand positioning, crisis management and stakeholder engagement.

Ntokozo holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), an Honours in Industrial Sociology from Rhodes University, BA in Journalism and Media Studies from Rhodes University, and certification in the ADKAR Change Management Programme.
